After Hours: Sugar Hill Sets the Stage for Powerful Connections

The Gwinnett Chamber’s After Hours networking event recently brought together close to 100 business professionals and community leaders at the Eagle Theatre. Attendees networked on the stage amongst the four table sponsors, creating a dynamic setting for connection. Mayor Hembree and City Manager Paul Radford addressed the group and visited with attendees, adding a meaningful leadership presence to the evening. The event served as a strategic platform for business networking and Atlanta-metro community engagement.

Attendees represented a cross-section of the metro Atlanta business community — from emerging small businesses to established corporate leaders — all seeking to connect and expand their networks within Gwinnett County and the broader Atlanta region. The format allowed for peer-to-peer introductions, facilitated conversations around business development opportunities in Gwinnett, and informal discussions of collaboration across sectors.

The City of Sugar Hill provided the venue and hosted the gathering, reinforcing its commitment to supporting economic development in the area. A special thanks go to event sponsors Eagle Rock and ServPro, whose support enabled the Chamber to deliver an elevated experience for members and guests.

Overall, After Hours succeeded in advancing the Chamber’s goal of fostering meaningful networking and supporting business growth in the greater Gwinnett region.
