We offer a range of physical and stimulating services that pampers and energizes from the inside out. Choose from a multi-level Pilates class, detox in the Infrared Sauna with Himalayan Salt Rock properties, enjoy an Oxygen Bar treatment, a Guided Meditation session or a melodic Sound Bath. Our group classes have a capacity of 7 people, offering advanced feedback and intimate coaching from your instructor. We’re committed to offering a world-class experience at an affordable price. Senior citizen, student and military discounts are available.
