We had a great time celebrating Powers Pilates at their ribbon cutting on July 14th.
Powers Pilates is dedicated to the maintaining & the rehabilitation of the mind and body through pilates, message therapy, physical therapy, and athletic training. Our trained professionals will work with each individual to first ascertain what they need and how to best accomplish their needs through a personalized one-on-one consultation before any recommendations. It is our goal to help each individual reach their own personal goals while also making sure they have a safe and personalized workout routine.
