The Gwinnett Chamber recently hosted a business roundtable with U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff. Held at Eagle Rock Distributing Company in Norcross and sponsored by Axis Companies, the roundtable brought together seven bi-lateral chamber partners for an open discussion about the challenges our collective members face today. Many of the concerns shared are familiar to businesses across industries: workforce shortages, particularly in skilled workforce, lagging infrastructure investments, and burdensome regulations. Senator Ossoff shared his commitment to partnering with the business community identifying solutions at the federal level. Immigration reform and accelerated infrastructure investments, two of his top priorities, are key to addressing these ongoing issues.
In attendance were Dean Collins, 2023 Board Chair, Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, Emanuela Barzaghi, VP of Georgia Chapter, Italy America Chamber of Commerce SE, Alejandro Coss, President & CEO, Latin American Chamber of Commerce of Georgia, Matthias Hoffmann, President, German American Chamber of Commerce SE, Kiyo Kojima, Board Chair, Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Georgia, Grace Multani, President, Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, Imran Niazi, Co-Founder, Georgia-Pakistan Business Council, and Sun Park, President, Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Atlanta Georgia.

This unique event Demonstrated the inclusive spirit of Gwinnett’s global business community.
