EARLY Departure from Atlanta, Georgia
An option for travelers to depart a day earlier from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport for an overnight flight to the host country, where an exclusive pre-tour, kick-off dinner awaits.
Oct. 17, Friday
Departure from Atlanta, Georgia / EARLY Arrival to Milan, Italy
Travelers depart from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport for an overnight flight to Milan, Italy, where an unforgettable journey of cultural immersion and exploration awaits.
Early arrivals will be treated to an exclusive and intimate experience in the Lake Garda region, hosted by Dr. Matteo Bertellis of Magisnat. Magisnat, a Life Sciences company, has its U.S. headquarters in Peachtree Corners. Upon arrival in Milan, we’ll travel by motor coach to the picturesque village of San Felice del Benaco, located near Lake Garda. There, we’ll enjoy a traditional meal, tour Magisnat’s R&D facility, and, weather permitting, take a scenic boat tour of Lake Garda. Afterward, we’ll return to Milan to check into our luxury hotel, where we’ll prepare to meet your peers the following day.

Milan, Italy
Arrive in Milan and transfer to a luxury hotel in the city. Spend the afternoon exploring the historic heart of Milan, including the breathtaking Duomo di Milano and the elegant Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Enjoy an optional visit to Castello Sforzesco or take a leisurely stroll along the designer shopping district of Via Monte Napoleone. The evening features a welcome dinner at a top-tier Milanese restaurant, where guests will enjoy an introduction to the region’s renowned cuisine.

Milan, Italy
Begin the day with a breakfast briefing by a representative from the U.S. Embassy. Then, take a guided tour of Leonardo da Vinci’s masterpiece, The Last Supper, housed in Santa Maria delle Grazie. Afterward, visit local Artisan boutiques or take in the vibrant atmosphere of Milan’s open-air markets. The afternoon is at leisure for independent exploration or shopping. Enjoy dinner at a renowned local eatery, immersing in the flavors of authentic Italian cuisine.

Lake Como, Italy
Take a scenic coach ride from Milan to the breathtaking Lake Como. Explore the charming town of Como, with its historic cathedral and picturesque streets. Cruise the lake on an exciting boat tour and take in the sights of storybook towns like Bellagio, Varenna, and Menaggio. Enjoy a lakeside lunch, and spend the evening with a waterfront dinner, capturing the magic of Italy’s famed lake district.

Zermatt, Switzerland
Start the day with breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a scenic journey to Zermatt via Brig and Taesch. Enjoy a leisurely lunch en route in Brig before continuing the journey. From Taesch, take a funicular train ride into the car-free village of Zermatt, where breathtaking Alpine views await. Upon arrival, check into a luxury hotel and explore the charming mountain town. Conclude the day with a delightful dinner at a local restaurant.

Zermatt, Switzerland
After breakfast at the hotel, we will board the Gornergrat Railway, a scenic cogwheel train journey to Gornergrat, where breathtaking views of the Matterhorn and surrounding peaks await. Take time to soak in the panoramic scenery before enjoying lunch at the Gornergrat – Kulm Hotel. In the afternoon, unwind and explore the charming town of Zermatt at your leisure, or opt for an additional activity such as visiting the Matterhorn Museum, skiing, or sledding for an extra fee.

Geneva, Switzerland
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel in Zermatt before boarding a shuttle train to Täsch and transferring to Geneva. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Then, enjoy a scenic walking tour along Lake Geneva, passing the Jet d’Eau and the English Garden. Explore Geneva’s Old Town, visiting landmarks like St. Pierre Cathedral, Maison Tavel, and the Reformation Wall. Savor a three-course lunch at a local restaurant before continuing your sightseeing at the United Nations and the Grand Théâtre. In the evening, experience Geneva’s culinary scene with dinner at Les Armures before retiring for the night.

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel before taking a guided tour of the Palais des Nations, the European headquarters of the United Nations, to learn about its history and global initiatives. Continue to the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Museum to gain insight into humanitarian efforts worldwide.
