The Gwinnett Chamber recently hosted another impactful installment of its Small Business Series, drawing more than 30 business leaders together for an engaging and practical discussion on emotional intelligence and leadership resilience.
Led by Dr. Rhonda Anderson, Principal & Chief Talent Development Officer at Silver Hawk Coaching & Consulting, the session guided attendees through the core principles of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and how they can be leveraged to strengthen team dynamics, enhance communication, and build organizational resilience. Participants explored real-world applications of EQ in leadership and walked away with a personalized action plan designed to foster growth and long-term success.
The program was sponsored by Comcast Business and Oconee State Bank, whose continued support helps the Gwinnett Chamber deliver high-value professional development opportunities for the region’s small business community.
The Chamber’s Small Business Series continues to serve as a trusted platform for entrepreneurs and executives to gain fresh insights, connect with peers, and cultivate leadership skills that drive meaningful impact across Gwinnett’s thriving business ecosystem.
