The Gwinnett Leadership Organization for Women (GLOW) recently hosted Gossip, Gabbing, and Group Talk at The 1818 Club in Duluth, Georgia. Over 100 professional women leaders gathered for this insightful event, which featured Kay Pascal, author of Insert Giggle Giggle, Laughing Your Way Through Raising Kids and Running a Business. Pascal shared her expertise on the positive and negative impacts of group dialogue in the workplace, exploring how intentional communication can foster a healthier, more cohesive work environment.
