The Gwinnett Chamber hosted its latest Small Business Series, sponsored by Comcast Business and Oconee State Bank, with more than 60 business leaders in attendance. The program featured speaker Robin Nathaniel, who presented on the role of resilience, creativity, and reinvention in building sustainable business strategies.

Nathaniel introduced attendees to the Social Media SYNC Method, a four-part framework designed to help mission-driven businesses, executives, and organizations create content that connects with audiences, drives engagement, and converts into measurable outcomes. The framework emphasizes:

  1. Streamlining messaging
  2. Aligning content with organizational goals
  3. Building an authentic voice
  4. Establishing a sustainable strategy

The session provided practical guidance for businesses seeking to strengthen their marketing strategy, expand their digital reach, and enhance connections within the Gwinnett business community.

The Small Business Series continues to serve as a resource for education, networking, and actionable tools to help companies compete and grow in Gwinnett’s dynamic business environment. For upcoming events and programs, visit our event calendar.
