Akari Alight Coaching illuminates growth-focused managers and leaders to make meaningful movement in their leadership journeys. We provide 1:1 Coaching services, manager training programs, and leadership workshop facilitation. We work with clients to activate self-awareness, build emotional intelligence, and develop strategic action. Through easy-to-use leadership content, provoking questions, empathy and accountability, we will advance emerging leaders towards their professional and personal visions.
Akari Alight Coaching was founded by Mandy Chandler. She is a Certified Professional Coach credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. She is also a GiANT Worldwide Guide. Prior to coaching, Mandy worked as a Human Resources Manager and has 10 years of HR experience.
