North Altana Primary Care Partners, a healthcare management services organization that provides healthcare coordination, leadership, and resources to empower and support the physicians and employees of its partner practices. As more and more practices became partners, Southeast Medical Group (SEMG) was created to encompass the growing team. Southeast Medical Group is a coalition of independent practices focused on primary care medicine. With over 30 practices and physician partners on the team, SEMG and SPCP share a mission: delivering physician-led, value-based medicine to improve better health outcomes for the residents of communities they serve throughout the Southeast.
