Rock the Range Fundraiser Showcases Business Growth and Connection in Gwinnett

The Gwinnett Chamber Foundation hosted its inaugural Rock the Range Fundraiser at Chateau Elan Golf Club. Sponsored by LISC-Verizon, the event brought together more than 45 business and community leaders from across Gwinnett County and the metro Atlanta area for an afternoon of golf, networking, and business education.

Designed as a nontraditional golf outing, Rock the Range combined the familiar game of golf with an educational component to help participants understand how to leverage the sport for business growth and professional connection. Attendees participated in on-site golf lessons from professional instructors on the range before gathering for a post-golf reception featuring gourmet food and beverage.

The program was developed under the leadership of the Gwinnett Chamber Foundation Board and Executive Director Deirdra Cox. Their vision positioned Rock the Range as a unique platform that advances the Foundation’s mission of fostering business development, economic opportunity, and community engagement throughout Gwinnett and the broader Atlanta region.

A special thanks to additional sponsors of Rock the Range: ARK Temporary Staffing, Nunu’s Baking Essentials, My Therapy by Michelle, T. Dallas Smith & Co., Thompson Hypnotherapy, All Hearts Alive CPR Training, and Wells Fargo. The success of Rock the Range underscores the Foundation’s commitment to promoting inclusive business education and providing experiences that support the growth of Gwinnett’s dynamic and diverse business community.
