Gwinnett Chamber Roundtables
Connecting Leaders. Exchanging Insights. Growing Business.
The Gwinnett Chamber Roundtables program provides C-suite executives and mid-level people leaders with a trusted, confidential environment to share insights, problem-solve, and strengthen their leadership impact. Designed to support professionals leading at every level of business, this two-tier structure empowers participants to grow individually while contributing to a culture of community-wide leadership excellence.
Two distinct roundtable experiences are available:
CEO Roundtables
The CEO Roundtables bring together top executives in Gwinnett and metro Atlanta for peer-to-peer discussions that foster collaboration, leadership growth, and business strategy insights. Each group comprises 6–10 non-competing businesses, creating a diverse yet cohesive atmosphere where leaders can exchange insights, tackle challenges, and refine strategies to drive organizational growth. Monthly meetings provide a platform for candid conversations on core executive issues—from operational strategy and innovation to culture, talent, and organizational resilience.
Participants gain:- Exclusive Peer Support – A “personal board of advisors” made up of seasoned executives.
- Confidential Feedback – A trusted environment for exploring sensitive topics and tough decisions.
- Strategic Insights – Facilitated conversations focused on emerging trends and executive best practices.
Groups meet monthly and are limited to one industry per group.
Leadership Exchange Roundtables
Empowering Business Leaders to Lead Teams and Influence Upward
The Leadership Exchange Roundtables support directors, managers, and people leaders who sit at the vital intersection of leading teams while managing up to executive leadership. This program provides a collaborative forum for mid-level leaders to expand their strategic thinking, strengthen communication, and sharpen the practical skills required to influence results across an organization.
Through facilitated peer exchange, participants explore topics such as:
- Navigating organizational change
- Developing team culture and performance
- Communicating effectively with executive leadership
- Managing conflict and coaching direct reports
- Balancing strategic priorities with daily operational demands
This roundtable fosters professional growth, practical leadership development, and peer-driven problem solving, helping leaders increase their confidence, clarity, and career-ready capabilities.
