What Is the Strategic Leadership Visit?
The Gwinnett Chamber Strategic Leadership Visit brings together a select group of Gwinnett and regional leaders from government, business, and education to explore innovative strategies that drive community and economic development. Participants gain first-hand insight into programs that build partnerships, foster collaboration, and create positive change in their communities.
Recent visits, including the trip to San Diego, have showcased best practices in economic and community development while building lasting networks among Gwinnett and Atlanta leaders—connections essential for implementing new ideas locally. This invitation-only delegation is limited to 90 participants, with invitations non-transferable. Delegation composition is typically one-third elected and government leaders, one-third business executives, and one-third community partners, ensuring a balanced and collaborative experience.
