This year’s Principal for a Day (PFAD) program brought together business leaders, and school officials over breakfast to recognize and celebrate the work done by principals in Gwinnett’s school system. Presented by the Gwinnett Chamber and Gwinnett County Public Schools, PFAD assigns interested participants with a school principal to shadow them for a day of learning what it takes to successfully lead a Gwinnett County school. Participants understand the day-to-day responsibilities of a principal and gain insight into what each one faces on a given school day.
