Describe what you do for your company.: As Chief Executive Officer, I lead the organization.  I oversee internal process, client engagement and manage the staff and seasonal support.  I work directly with clients in preparation, or review, of accounting, tax and controller/CFO services.  I also provide business advisory services, retirement and investment advisory services.

Describe what your company does.: RMBCPA has been servicing Gwinnett County since 2007.  RMBCPA supports individuals and small businesses with managing the financial aspects of your business and family.  We assist your business with entity formation, accounting and tax preparation, tax planning, employee retirement plans, and everything else financial through business advisory and fractional controller/CFO services.  RMBCPA goes the extra mile for our entrepreneurs and their families with individual tax preparation & tax planning services, estate & retirement planning and investment advisory services to safeguard your family assets and optimize your hard-earned dollars.

List any of your achievements.: Personal Achievements: Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Charted Global Management Accountant and Investment Advisor Representative. Firm Achievements:  Best of Gwinnett 2023, Among Best of Gwinnett 2022.  Pinnacle home-based Small Business Award – Winner 2017. Pinnacle home-based Small Business Award – Finalist 2016, 2018 & 2019.

Fun fact about yourself.: I am a full-blooded Italian raised as a Cotton Farmer:  A second generation American, my grandparents relocated from Italy to the Mississippi Delta with a focus on cotton farming the rich Delta soil.
