Describe what you do for your company: My work as Chief of Staff (CoS) at RudHil Companies is complex and critical to the organization’s performance. I collaborate directly with the CEO and other top executives to give strategic direction, streamline processes, and promote effective communication across the organization. As a community engagement leader, I encourage open communication, form partnerships, and implement programs that improve community well-being and collaboration.

With over 150 years of combined experience among our agents and partners, we bring a wealth of expertise to every transaction.
