Describe what you do for your company.: I am the owner, operator, sole licensed provider, and director of the dental practice 32 Pearls Family Dentistry. Involved in all aspects of clinical and non-clinical operations, I treat patients through operative therapies such as restoration of smiles in addition to maintaining smiles by providing hygienic cleanings. I also develop all manuals, schedule templates, maintain computer and phone systems, staffing, dental claim submission, HIPAA/OSHA compliance, inventory, bookkeeping and fiscal management.

Describe what your company does.: We are a small practice with a BIG heart! We are a tight knit team of dental care professionals whose goal is providing quality dental care in a warm, efficient, and inviting space. We focus on preventative dentistry and maintaining or repairing smiles with minimally invasive techniques.

Fun fact about yourself.: I love the grocery store, especially ethnic grocery markets. I also enjoy trying different types of toothpastes and oral health products from different countries.
