Describe what you do for your company.: Brett Russell oversees each department as the “air traffic controller” to ensure that company goals are being met efficiently, with a positive work culture and great customer service. Brett understands and prioritizes that the focus should always be on people, whether that is internal positive culture building or external partnership/relationship building.

Our mission is to be the trusted partner for all landscape needs through genuine relationships, exceptional service, and a passion for nature. We craft inspiring, sustainable landscapes that positively impact our communities and exceed expectations that simply our clients’ lives. While providing unparalleled customer service, communication and follow-up, it is our number one goal to make sure that the customer has the best experience possible while working with us.
Our services include Full-Service Landscape Maintenance and Installation services for new developments, homeowner associations, multi-family, office/industrial parks, commercial properties, CID’s and more.
List any of your achievements.: Brett Russell is a dynamic business executive whose leadership, hard work, and dedication have propelled him to significant achievements. As a second-generation leader, Brett successfully took over his family business, Atlanta Landscape Group (ALG), one of the largest commercial landscape firms in metro Atlanta. Through his strategic vision and commitment to excellence, Brett doubled the company’s growth, expanding into new revenue streams, acquiring properties, and opening new locations.
Under his guidance, ALG has cultivated strong relationships and partnerships, further solidifying its position in the industry. Beyond his professional success, Brett is deeply involved in the community. He actively participates in various organizations, committees, and community events, including his roles on the Lanier Tech Horticulture Advisory Committee, the CAI YP Task Force, and the board of the Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce and involvement in the Gwinnett County Chambers of Commerce. Brett’s achievements reflect his dedication to both his business and his community, making him a respected and influential figure in the industry.
Fun fact about yourself.: A fun fact about myself, is that I was born in Nashville, TN specifically because I was one of the first IVF/ Surrogate born babies there. I was supposed to be a quadruplet, however I was the only one that made it. I could not imagine having more of myself around.
