Members of the Gwinnett Chamber recently gathered together for the first GLOW event of 2023. GLOW, or Gwinnett Leadership Organization for Women, seeks to highlight and empower women leaders through informative, educational, and networking exchange.
Jill Edwards with United Community Bank moderated a panel of expert women leaders including Kim Hartsock, Warren Averett; Deirdra Cox, Community Sustainability Enterprise; and Hilda Abbott, RudHil Companies who have all achieved executive-level positions within their organizations and the community. Each speaker drew from her own experience to share how she uses her position of leadership to positively influence the growth and development of her organization, employees, customers, and the community she serves.
