U Niquely U, Inc. and Gwinnett Training Academy is hosting a Quarterly youth camp for youth ages 10-17. This program is designed to empower youth, build self-confidence, and self-esteem, while teaching empathy for others. Our program is a solution-based, experiential program that provides students an understanding of who they are, respect for self and others, how to avoid negatively judging themselves, how to feel better about themselves and what to do if they are being bullied or cyberbullied. In this program, students will receive and provide input on ways to avoid bullying, while taking action for their own bullying behavior. They will also learn self-defense through martial arts instruction in an effort to build self-confidence and self-esteem.
Our program challenges participants to examine self-limiting beliefs and habits that prevent them from embracing their unique differences. At the end of the 5 hour program, participants will be empowered to be the unique, confident person they were born to be.
