Our organization’s mission is to contribute to advancement and improvement in the quality of life of the citizens of Gwinnett County by engaging in cultural, humanitarian, educational, and community service projects. The Elevate Health & Scholarship 5K and Health Fair, which will be held from April 15th, 2023, is a community 5K race/walk and health fair dedicated to increasing health awareness around health and fitness, and how to best take care of yourself.
Whether you are a competitive runner trying to beat your personal record, or you’re just looking to get a wellness check this is the event for you. Enjoy music, vendors, food, and Q&A with health professionals.
