Describe what you do for your company.: I am a commercial real estate developer in the Southeast U.S. and distressed debt investor in commercial loans in all 50 states.  Our primary investment focus is the hospitality and lodging industry.

Describe what your company does.: At JMS Family Office, our mission is to redefine urban and suburban landscapes by developing high-quality, sustainable commercial real estate solutions that drive economic growth and enhance community living.  We are dedicated to innovating with purpose, leveraging cutting-edge design, and fostering strong partnerships to deliver exceptional value.  Our commitment to excellence, integrity, and environmental stewardship ensures that every project we undertake contributes positively to the broader community.

List any of your achievements.: Our family has acquired, constructed and developed over 125 hotels the past 40 years, along with acquiring over $250MM in distressed mortgage loans.

Fun fact about yourself.: I played soccer in Sweden (Gothia Cup) and Denmark (Dana Cup) for the US U-17 team; won GA state soccer championship in 1996.
