Gwinnett Leadership Organization of Women (GLOW) hosted its spring luncheon featuring Cheryl Mills Knight, VP of Brand and Innovation at Kendra Scott. Cheryl Mills Knight is one of the original “Super 7” joining forces with Kendra Scott in 2005. She has helped grow Kendra Scott from a local startup to a global, billion-dollar brand with 100+ stores nationwide. Cheryl pours her heart and soul into the Kendra Scott brand, actively shaping and reinforcing the brand strategy and experience and its pillars of Family, Fashion & Philanthropy both internally and externally. She discussed the importance of core values and experiential marketing and how they impact building a billion-dollar brand.
The event also featured Kendra Gives Back – Kendra Scott’s community-giving program that allows community members to host in-store events for causes and organizations that work to improve health and wellness, education and entrepreneurship, and empowerment – benefiting Mosaic Georgia. The pop-up shop generated more than $1,000 for the local nonprofit.
