
The Chairman’s Club is the Chamber’s executive level membership. It represents businesses and individuals who have chosen to go the extra mile in their support for the Chamber and its mission to do so because they believe that the voice of business must be heard. They are also leaders in the community that invest time and money toward the job creation, quality of life, workforce development and marketing goals of the community’s economic and community development strategy.

Just by walking into the local coffee shop, it’s easy to see that diversity in Gwinnett County is growing. Which is a good thing, especially for businesses. “There’s economic power in that,” said Rene Alegria, a recent newcomer to the Chairman’s Club. “And because Gwinnett is run the way it is, unleashing that power for the growth of real business is not going to be hard.”
Getting to Know Gwinnett, Inside and Out
Kim Hartsock is becoming a recognizable face in Gwinnett County. She serves on the Gwinnett County Planning Commission and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce Board, is active in Gwinnett Church, has three kids at Gwinnett County Public Schools and co-owns Socks Love Barbeque, a Gwinnett-based restaurant, with her husband. That doesn’t even take into consideration her “day job” at Warren Averett, a business advisory firm.
